What is the purpose of this program?
U·S Airways Center is pleased to offer an unparalleled event subscription series. Downtown Live Red Carpet Rewards allows you to pick YOUR ENTERTAINMENT! based on YOUR CHOICE! and then we'll give you YOUR REWARDS! associated to your level.

As a Red Carpet Reward subscriber, you will be able to choose events at this highly acclaimed venue and be offered more amenities, more variety and more entertainment than ever before!

How much does it cost to become a Member?
There is no cost to join Red Carpet Rewards. You qualify for membership by the number of events you order. The number of events you order will also determine your membership level.

How long does my membership last?
Your Rewards membership begins after enrollment closes (no later than October 2007) and expires September 2008.

Can I increase my membership level during my membership term?
After enrollment is over, DL Red Carpet Rewards members can increase their membership level when they purchase additional U·S Airways Center events online at Ticketmaster.com, over the phones at 480-784-4444 or 520-321-1000 or at the venue box office. Those purchases will be added to your current level allowing you to move up and experience new rewards.

There are three membership levels for Red Carpet Rewards, all offering a variety of amenities for members.

How is my information secured?
Whenever Downtown Live asks you to send confidential information over the Internet, including personal account data, we require that a "secure session" using SSL first be established. During a secure SSL session, data passed back and forth between your computer and Downtown Live server is secured by using public key cryptography. Your computer exchanges key information with Downtown Live server to create a private conversation that only your computer and Downtown Live server can understand.

What if I'm a minor?
If you are under 13 years of age, you must let your parent or guardian know about this privacy policy and receive their permission before providing us any personal information.

You will be told to ask a parent before you pay for anything on downtownlive.net. Some areas of this website may have special rules for children under the age of 13. When you are in those areas, you must follow those rules.

If your child has provided us with personally identifiable information, or if your child has used your credit card without your permission, you should contact us immediately by sending an email to downtownlive@phxses.com. We will make all reasonable efforts to delete your child's information from our records.

Introducing an unprecedented event subscription series with Downtown Live Red Carpet Rewards. For the first time ever, we are offering you the opportunity to purchase as many events as you like at one time through our "pick-a-plan" subscription series program and get rewarded for it!

How Does it Work?
The only way to become a DL Red Carpet Rewards member is to order a minimum of 3 events at one time through our secure online website at redcarpet.downtownlive.net.

You must have an account created before you will be able to purchase events. Please click on the "become a member" link if you do not already have an account with us or sign in if an account has already been created.

Simply purchase a minimum of any 3 events listed in the Downtown Live Red Carpet Rewards "Event Listings" area at redcarpet.downtownlive.net before enrollment closes, and you will become a DL Red Carpet Rewards member.

You will be able to login into your account during the enrollment period to add more events to your existing subscription before enrollment closes. The amount of events you end up purchasing at the end of the enrollment period (minimum being 3 events) will determine your DL Red Carpet Rewards membership level.

After the enrollment period is over (mid-October, 2007), DL Red Carpet Rewards members can increase their membership level when they purchase additional U·S Airways Center events online at Ticketmaster.com, over the phones at 480-784-4444 or 520-321-1000 or at the venue box office throughout their membership term. Those purchases will be added to your current level allowing you to move up and experience new rewards.

In an effort to reward you based on your area of interest, you will be asked to answer some required questions during checkout.

What are the membership levels?
There are three membership levels in the Downtown Live Red Carpet Rewards Program:

  • Celebrity Membership
    Join the Celebrity membership by choosing eight (8) or more events now.
  • Insider Membership
    Join the Insider membership by choosing between five (5) and seven (7) events now.
  • Crew Membership
    Join the Crew Membership by choosing three (3) or four (4) events now.

What are the Membership Rewards?
As a Downtown Live Red Carpet Reward member (Celebrity, Insider and Crew) you will be eligible for the following rewards:

  • Preferred Seating Presales
    Throughout your membership term, you will receive access to the best seats we have available for events that we offer a presale on before they go on sale to the general public.
  • DL Reward Dollars
    Receive reward discounts to use towards future purchases at U·S Airways Center.
  • Members Only Offers
    Special members only offers for various events at U·S Airways Center.

What are Celebrity/Insider Membership additional Rewards?
  • Free Tickets - receive free tickets to upcoming events
  • Pre-event Parties - Mingle with fellow members before an event
  • Seat Upgrades

What are Celebrity Membership additional Rewards?

  • Behind the scenes with Downtown Live - get access to exclusive experiences with teams and backstage opportunities at concerts/events.
  • Suite Parties - attend an event in a suite at U·S Airways Center.

*Rewards - as a member you become eligible for the above rewards throughout your membership term based on the membership level you fall under and your areas of interest. Rewards will be distributed randomly and based on availability. More reward opportunities could be added during your membership term.


How to order?
The only way to order is through our secure online website at redcarpet.downtownlive.net. VIEW DEMO ON HOW TO PURCHASE

  1. Create a Red Carpet Rewards account - Note: this account is not the same as your standard Downtown Live member account.
  2. Once in browse the current event listings and click on any event for purchasing details. Choose the number of tickets you want in each price level and add the event to your shopping cart. Continue shopping. Note: Tickets are fulfilled on a best available basis. Please use the seating chart maps to review where price levels are located.

    • For Celebrity level membership, purchase tickets to eight (8) or more events.
    • For Insider level membership, purchase tickets for five (5) to seven (7) events.
    • For Crew level membership, purchase tickets for three (3) or four (4) events.
  3. Once you have added a minimum of 3 events to your shopping cart, you may checkout.
  4. You will receive confirmation once your order is placed, and an email when your order has been processed. You may print these and keep them for your records.
  5. Feel free to login back into your account before enrollment closes to purchase more events that may become available for this program.

Return to the site to check for new events and offers and add new events to your subscription or to review your purchase history. This site was built exclusively for our Downtown Live Red Carpet Reward members.

You may order no more than a total of 4 tickets for any one performance. Ticket orders in excess of 8 tickets may be split. Tickets will be mailed no later than 5 business days prior to the most upcoming performance date within your subscription. Events that fall outside of this deadline, Will Call will be the only delivery option. If tickets are no longer available at the price you have indicated, tickets at a lower price will be substituted and you will be charged appropriately. Tickets subject to availability.
